The best time for Everest trekking
Trekking in Nepal is possible at any time of the year depending on where you are going. The normal trekking routes can be done all over the year. The most suiteble seasons are Autumn and Spring.
Autumn:
Sep-Nov October and November are really Nepal's highest months - offering excellent weather and tantalizing mountain views.
Winter:
Dec-Feb This season is noted for occasional snowfall only at higher elevations. Mountain passes may be snowbound, hence it is ideal for trekking at lower elevations, generally below 3000 meters.
Spring:
Mar-May Different varieties of wild flowers, specially the rhododendrons, make the hillside above 5000 meters a haunting paradise during this season. It is mildly warm at lower elevations and at higher elevation over 4000 meters the mountain views are excellent and temperature is quite moderate.
Summer:
Jun-Aug Summer months really continue up to mid-September making travel wet and warm. These times are blessed for the keen botanist as the higher valleys and meadows blossom with flowers and lush vegetation. Insect repellent is a nice addition to your What to Bring list. During this season, you can trek in the rain-shadow (places are out of reach of the rain clouds because of the high mountains) areas north of the Himalaya like Mustang and Dolpo.
Water: The streams should be considered polluted and whilst bottled water is often available the disposal of plastic bottles is a problem. Have some means to purify water, iodine and/or a fine ceramic filter are the best options.
Food: During your trek, you can have and enjoy typical Nepali food, and also international cuisine Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.. the teahouse/lodge has menu where you spent your night. They will serve you different kinds of meal as your choice. Lunch will be served on the way to destination, dinner and breakfast in the tea house . Adventure Great Himalaya Company recommend you not to have a meat Item meal when you are going up. the meat are not frees. when your body adjust with Nepal climate and food then can have as your preference meal.
Weather problem: some timesflights to/from Lukla delayed or cancelled for a day due of bad weather. It is Very rarely, but it can be happen even in best trekking season so Adventure Great Himalaya company , always suggest you to add one more night in Kathmandu after your base camp trek if possible .
Trekking Equipment
When trekking in Nepal you need to trekking equipments for your safety. Equipment needed depends largely upon where, when and how you are trekking. The main emphasis while trekking is on keeping warm and dry while not over weighting your pack. Some of the major trekking equipments are as listed below.

- Woolen hat for the cold and a sun hat.

In addition to our full support group treks, tea house packages & summit expeditions. We offer a using l guide & porter. They will make you easy, comfortable and safely. The experienced, professional Guide can provide you Nepalese history, different malty culture, Name of all Himalaya and you will learn some Nepali language. Porters and Guide/porters carry luggage of two clients maximum. Guides do not carry any luggage. Guides and guide-porters speak enough English to communicate well; porters only understand basic English. Guides off course are well-trained and have lots of experience in trekking. Moreover, they are able to tell you many things about the mountains, the culture, the history and the religions of Nepal.

Altitude Sickness
Altitude sickness if a serious consideration if you are climbing or trekking in Nepal and it's essential that you investigate the causes, symptoms and treatment of altitude sickness before you travel to Nepal.
Symptoms:
The symptoms of Altitude sickness in Nepal are nausea, irritability, headaches, a dry cough and in more severe cases of Altitude sickness the victim may start to cough up a pink frothy substance and lose their balance as though drunk.
Prevention:
It is essential that you give your body time to acclimatize as you ascend. If you fly into high altitudes during your trip to Nepal, then you should spend two to three nights at that place enjoying the local attractions and resting. This should give you time to acclimatize. You should take great note of your body at all times and if you feel the slightest of Altitude sickness symptoms then you should remain where you are until these have passed. As you ascend take frequent breaks at each 1000 meters and, again do not continue to ascend if you are feeling the slightest of Altitude sickness symptoms.
Treatment:
If you are experiencing Altitude sickness during your trip to Nepal then it is essential that you ascend immediately and do not attempt to climb again until your body has acclimatized.
Severe cases may need to be flown out, so ensure that you have adequate travel insurance during your trip to Nepal.
